Customer Satisfaction is Our Priority
If you are not Completely satisfied with your item, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Email email@example.com with “Return” in the header line of the email. Your order number must be on the email communication along with the item description you would like to return.
The item to be returned must be in new or unused condition, with all original product inserts and accessories. TEDCO will provide you with a return shipping label; ship the product as soon as possible so it arrives at our facility within 45 days of when you received the item. We inspect all returned items and will provide a refund based on the condition of item. A credit will be issued to the method of payment used when the order was placed. Unfortunately, we are not able to provide shipping labels for orders outside the contiguous United States; customers outside the contiguous United States must ship the item to us at their expense.
Defective Product and Returns Due to Our Error
If there are mistakes within your order, or products arrive defective/damaged at the time of receipt, we’ll make it right by:
- Sending you replacement parts or accessories
- Replacing the product
- We will also cover the cost of any return shipping
Simply click contact (at the top of any page), provide your information and select product support. In the “how can we help” section list order number, item description and briefly describe the damage or defect and we will respond as soon as possible. This can take up to 3 business days.
